Ingredients (for 8 people) :
Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Make a hole in the middle and add the soft butter, the beaten eggs, the pinch of salt, the caster sugar and the orange flower water.
Mix from the middle towards the edge of the bowl using a spatula, then with the finger tips.
If necessary add a little water to stick the mixture together.
Make about thirty boat-shaped biscuits.
Shape the two ends to a point and hollow out the middle with the end of a knife.
Bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove them from the baking sheet when they come out of the oven.
The navettes can be stored well in tin.
