The Provencal meringue recipe

Preparation: 15 min

Cooking time: 1 hour

Ingrédients :

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 glasses (mustard glass size) of sugar

 

Method :

 

Pre-heat the oven at mark 3 (temperature below 80°C).

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar.

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at mark 3.

Be careful, the cooking time depends on the size of the meringues AND the oven!
