For 5 people :
Makes about 30 biscuits:
1/ Mix together the flour, sugar and aniseed seeds.
2/ Add the melted butter and the eggs.
3/ Knead the pastry until it is evenly mixed. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
4/ Make little sausage shapes (3 cm long) and arrange them on a buttered baking sheet.
5/ Bake in the pre-heated oven at 150°C for 25 minutes.
Don't worry if the mixture sticks to the fingers in the beginning, it will quickly form a ball when sufficiently kneaded.
